JioHotstar, one of India’s most popular OTT platforms, is facing growing complaints from users. Many have expressed frustration over constant advertisements and video issues, which are affecting the streaming experience across multiple devices.
A user recently highlighted a major problem on social media. Despite subscribing to JioHotstar’s annual premium plan, which offers ad-free streaming for up to four devices, they were repeatedly logged out from one device, even while using only three.
The issue typically occurred after each episode ended. Users had to log in again to continue watching shows or films, which disrupted family or group viewing and caused widespread irritation.
Subscribers are now questioning whether JioHotstar will resolve these glitches soon. As such problems continue, many wonder if the platform’s management is failing to maintain smooth streaming and reliable service for premium customers.

Most of the time only my mom watches on tv, and after each episode of a show she is getting logged out. This is frustrating and annoying to deal with on daily basis.
