Kajol and Twinkle Khanna have once again triggered controversy with their bold take on love and relationships in their show Two Much with Kajol & Twinkle. Their recent comments on marriage have sparked a heated debate across social media platforms.
Earlier, Twinkle Khanna’s remarks on extramarital affairs created a similar uproar online. This time, Kajol has intensified the discussion by suggesting that marriages should come with an expiry date and an option for renewal.
During the “This or That” segment featuring Vicky Kaushal and Kriti Sanon, Kajol shared her opinion when asked whether marriages should have an expiry date. Everyone except Kajol disagreed, making her statement stand out instantly.
She further explained that no one can be sure of marrying the right person at the right time, and an expiry date would save people from long-term suffering. Her reasoning quickly divided opinions among viewers.
Trollers criticised both Kajol and Twinkle for sharing such ideas on their show. Some even told Kajol to divorce her husband Ajay Devgn if she truly believed her statement. Others accused the show of promoting controversial takes on relationships.
Even someone like me who considers himself reasonably liberal is stunned to see the kind of repugnant values #TwinkleKhanna is promoting through the show #TwoMuch.
Normalising physical infidelity, endorsing open marriages and glorifying multiple affairs at the same time.

Doing this show is the worse decision #Kajol made. She used to be so respected for her work and now all I see how incredibly tragic her marriage is.. and how awful her views on life is. pic.twitter.com/IHWIhwCFHm

#Kajol saying marriages should have an ‘expiry date’ and a renewal option
Not sure how to feel about that…
But honestly, can’t help feeling a little sad for #AjayDevgn in all this. #Bollywood pic.twitter.com/Vf2eb2bCAr— Random Cine Mood (@RandomCineMood) November 13, 2025
