From the creator Hwang Dong-hyuk, Squid Game season 2 will premiere in December of this year.
After the sensational release of Squid Game season 1, there was a lot of hype regarding season 2, and now it’s knocking at our doorstep.
The survival thriller game is not yet over, the season 1 ended on a cliffhanger, where Lee Jung-jae, who played Gi-hun, jumped into the game arena to stop this deadly game.
Squid Game explores the greedy and sinister nature of mankind, which delves into that part of the human psyche which kicks in when the survival instincts kicks in.
Through an interpreter, Lee has confirmed that Squid Game will return with a season 2.
The upcoming instalment will continue the storyline of season 1 of Squid Game , along with Lee, season 2 will include the returns of Lee Byung-hun, Gong Yoo, and Wi Ha-jun. There will also be new members, some of them are Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Gyu-young, Park Sung-hoon, Jo Yu-ri, Yang Dong-geun, Kang Ae-sim, Lee David, Lee Jin-uk, Choi Seung-hyun, Roh Jae-won, and Won Ji-an.
