The OTT space has been bolstered with multiple prospective outings last weekend and two of these debutants have started to grab the attention of the OTT crowd.
While one is Telugu dubbed version of Malayalam box office blockbuster Premalu, the other is a Hindi-language Netflix original, Amar Singh Chamkila.

Premalu is a good light-hearted rom-com that can make for a casual OTT watch and it has expectedly opened to good feedback from the OTT crowd following its OTT debut last week. The Telugu version is streaming on Aha while the original Mallu version is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
The other film is Chamkila which is streaming on Netflix. This Imtiaz Ali directorial is being tipped to be a comeback film for the talented yet now struggling filmmaker. It has opened to largely positive reviews and has started to trend in top positions on Netflix immediately after the OTT debut.

The musical drama is a biopic of Amar Singh Chamkila as the title suggests and it has Dilijit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra in the lead roles.
There are other options like Vishwak Sen’s Gaami and Sree Vishnu’s Om Bheem Bush as well which are streaming on ZEE5 and Amazon respectively.
