TVF has once again captivated audiences with the exciting announcement of two new web shows during Prime Video’s event in Mumbai. Following the recent success of Panchayat and Sapne Vs Everyone, their latest offerings promise to elevate the digital entertainment experience.
First on the list is ‘The Great Indian Code,’ a compelling narrative that chronicles the journey of everyday heroes from the middle class, who valiantly battled against time, tradition, and technological stagnation to ignite a software revolution.
In a surprising move, TVF introduces ‘Sivarapalli,’ a Telugu web series that promises to blend comedy and drama seamlessly.
Crafted by TVF makers, Arunabh Kumar, Shreyansh Pandey, and Vijay Koshy, and penned by Shanmukha Prashanth, it follows the escapades of an urban engineering graduate.
The Viral Fever is one of the pioneers of digital content in India. Over the years, they have emerged as one of the best brands in providing simple, relatable, thought-provoking, and entertaining content on digital platforms. Their content is loved by the intelligentsia and also by the masses.
However, they never ventured into content other than Hindi. This is the first time they are creating a South Indian web series and that too in Telugu.
While speculation abounds regarding ‘Sivarapalli’ bearing similarities to TVF’s acclaimed ‘Panchayat,’ it would be foolish to imagine that TVF would remake a Hindi series in Telugu that is already hugely popular in Telugu dubbed version.
Going by their reputation, TVF would definitely aim to deliver a fresh, original storyline with new characters, though it might belong to a similar genre of rural comedy drama like Panchayat.
