According to Shehzad, most of Salman’s flops at the box office occur not due to a lack of talent or relevance, but because Salman refuses to compromise on his commitment to his industry colleagues.

Khan revealed that Salman has often settled with struggling actors for his films at times compromising on the overall production quality of the film.
He gave an instance from the movie Sikandar, where Salman offered a character to an actor simply because the latter confessed, “Bhai, I don’t have work,” to which Salman replied, “Do Sikandar.” This, opined Shehzad, accurately describes Salman’s philanthropic heart.

Shehzad dismissed the theory that Salman’s career is declining, calling such criticism “nonsense.” He emphasized that Salman’s humility and kindness are misconceived, that the superstar helps people discreetly, without anyone rewarding him for it.
Salman’s popularity among the masses, Shehzad feels, is because of this very compassion-his fans do not respect him just because he is a superstar, but because of his human side too.
