Cinema Day Lottery

Affordable ticket pricing has been a common demand for the theatre audience. Everyone wants to visit the big screen with their family members and no one is willing to spend more than the normal amount.

Meanwhile, people would now get an opportunity to pay less and enjoy their favorite films. The tickets will be priced at Rs. 99 this Friday i.e. September 20, on the occasion of celebrating National Cinema Day. However, the offer won’t be applicable for recliner seats alongside 3D and other premium formats.

This particular day has been helpful for many films in the past. The trend started around two years ago and has been celebrated on different occasions. Notably, films like Brahmastra, Chup, and Mr. & Mrs. Mahi accumulated a lot of profits on the opening day while audiences were able to purchase tickets at an affordable price.

Meanwhile, history will be possibly repeated this week too. But it is hard to speculate on which film would emerge as a winner in the end.

The new arrival this Friday is Yudhra, featuring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Malavika Mohanan in the lead. The trailers have already indicated that it is going to feature similar content to Kill, which means that audiences might prefer to watch it at first.

There is also Tumbbad, which created headlines for record-breaking sales after its re-release last Friday. There is a possibility that Tumbbad might end up creating a new record compared to its original release back in 2018.
