Kapil Sharma is making his return to the big screen with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, the much-anticipated sequel to his 2015 debut film. The comedy of love and confusion is set to release in cinemas on 12 December 2025.
The sequel will feature four new female leads Hira Warina, Tridha Choudhary, Parul Gulati, and Ayesha Khan alongside Manjot Singh in a key role. The film is directed by Anukalp Goswami, who also contributed as a scriptwriter to the original.
Backed by Star Studios, Venus Worldwide Entertainment, and Abbas-Mustan Productions, KKPK 2 brings together strong creative and production teams. The film promises another round of hilarious chaos, this time set around a multi-religious wedding scenario.
The first promotional glimpse suggests that Kapil’s character will once again find himself entangled in multiple love stories but with even more cultural twists. Fans on social media are excited to see the new cast, calling the mix of young and popular faces a smart move to appeal to wider audiences.
However, some viewers feel Kapil’s strength lies in television and that Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 will be a real test of his big-screen appeal. Early buzz hints that the film could be a fun, one-time-watch family entertainer, though trade analysts remain cautious about its box office potential.
