For the past few days there has been a surge of social media posts about Kartik Aaryan being the heir to Shah Rukh Khan’s legacy. He is also being compared to Ranbir Kapoor as the two bases for future Bollywood.
But these ideas have been called ridiculous by netizens and they say comparing Kartik to Ranbir Kapoor does not make any sense at all. Ranbir Kapoor has given many solo hits ever since he made his debut, Kartik Aaryan is still cashing in on sequels and franchises that someone else started.

Kartik’s biggest hits are Bhool Bhulaiya 2 and Bhool Bhulaiya 3 and people agreed that both movies could not reach the level of the first one from Akshay Kumar.
Someone posted on X about how Bhool Bhulaiya 4 might cross the records of Animal, and the post gathered some trolling from netizens.

While Ranbir is busy with high-scale movies like Ramayana, Love & War and Animal Park, Kartik Aaryan is coming with more franchise movies like ‘Aashiqui 3’. It will take Kartik a very long time to create an image of himself like Ranbir has made.
Also, calling him the future SRK on the basis of being an outsider is a bit illogical too. Fans should refrain from making strange comparisons like this and imposing them on Kartik, they should let him do what he can to build his career and stardom.
