Already Bollywood actress cum television actress Mrunal Thakur bagged the title role in ‘Baahubali’ Netflix series on ‘Shivagami’ based on the book, The Rise of Shivagami, which is like a prequel to ‘Baahubali‘ two instalments. Another Bollywood actress landed in the big project for playing a crucial role in this Netflix series.

Gayathri Iyer who played the main lead in Bollywood hero Ajay Devgan’s ‘Raid’ is roped in for an important role. Director Dev Katta and director Praveen Sattaru are together helming this project and it is learnt that the shooting is already underway. With two hot ladies from Bollywood and the brand ‘Baahubali’ behind acting as one of the biggest publicity strategies, the story of the rise of Shivagami will enjoy a certain curiosity around it.
