Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War is currently being shot at full speed. According to reports, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are busy filming emotionally charged night scenes for the film.

The shoot is taking place at Film City’s Joker Maidan in Goregaon, with the current schedule having started earlier this month.
This phase focuses on pivotal monologues and intense confrontational sequences.

Sources say the team is dedicating this portion of the shoot to key emotional moments in the love story. The actors have reportedly been filming from 6 p.m. onwards, wrapping up in the early hours of the morning.
This ongoing schedule is expected to conclude by the weekend, after which the crew will shift to filming indoor scenes.

Ranbir Kapoor began filming on November 7, 2024, starting with the film’s opening sequence. Vicky Kaushal joined the shoot by November 20, while Alia Bhatt began filming her parts in December.
This shoot has caused a three-month delay in the overall schedule, which will likely result in a three-month delay in the film’s release as well.
Love and War, starring Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal, was originally slated for an Eid 2026 release. However, due to delays, the makers are now considering a release around the Independence Day weekend.
