After delivering two blockbusters with Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar: The Revenge, Ranveer Singh is all set to bring a new form of himself in Pralay. The wait for fans is over as a new update has recently arrived.
Latest reports have revealed that shooting for the zombie thriller will start next month. The filming will continue until Diwali, followed by a break as Ranveer is planning to take paternity leave. The next schedule will start in 2027. As of now, a potential release date has not been confirmed.
Pralay is being directed by Jai Mehta. Notably, the film is already in the headlines as the makers have maintained silence about the remaining cast members, including the female lead.
Reports have revealed that Pralay is going to bring a new concept for the audience, which will be a face of Mumbai that audiences can never even imagine. Notably, people are excited to see the kind of character Ranveer is going to play this time.
Netizens have advised Ranveer to avoid taking any risks at this stage of his career, including signing multiple projects at the same time. A few asked Ranveer to complete Pralay and then move to something else so that he can give more than 100% to the character that he is playing in the film.
Although Dhurandhar and the sequel were big blockbusters, trade experts have openly stated that investing the same amount in Ranveer’s film once again is not expected to bring the same results or something better than the records made by both films.
As of now, Pralay also has to depend on its promotional material like any other film. Nothing much can be said about its fate at the box office until a teaser or trailer arrives.
