In what seems to be a desperate attempt, the makers have released a second trailer for the film in hopes of generating some buzz around it.

However, upon seeing the new trailer, fans couldn’t help but call it disappointing.

The first trailer itself wasn’t funny and was clearly a brain-rotting film that lacked any real comedic essence.

The second trailer follows the same path.

It is filled to the brim with terrible jokes, lame physical comedy, and offensive one-liners.

Fans also pointed out that the second trailer contains many repetitive clips from the first trailer and appears to be a lazy editing job, as if the makers were running short of content.

Others commented on how Mrunal Thakur playing a Pakistani character in the film might not be in the best interest of the country, especially in the current political climate. Not just that, there are bombing jokes made at her expense as a Pakistani too.

While viewers acknowledged that it was good to see a trans character included in the film, they were collectively disappointed when offensive jokes were made at their expense.

Despite all this, the trailer wasn’t funny to any viewers. They simply considered it content for the brain-dead masses.

Many even said that, with this trailer, it’s clear why Son of Sardar 2 had to avoid clashing with the hype of Saiyaara, as the film doesn’t stand a chance.

Some even predict that the second-week collections of Saiyaara would be higher than the first-week collections of Son of Sardar 2. They also believe that Saiyaara’s third-day collections might surpass Son of Sardar 2’s first-week collections.

While fans have been pointing out how disappointing the songs, teaser, and both trailers of the film are, many trade analysts have called the second trailer “hilarious” and “entertaining.” This has led fans to suspect that these analysts were paid or compensated to write positive reviews.

The film currently has no hype, and fans are genuinely disappointed with what they’re seeing. While the makers are trying to avoid a disastrous box-office run by pushing the release date, fans predict that it might not help much.
