After the success of Chhaava, Vicky Kaushal is preparing for his next solo film, Mahavatar. The actor will undergo an intense physical transformation for his next, and a new report has confirmed that he will be trained by fitness coach Tejas Lalwani, who also helped him during the time of Chhaava.

Vicky’s training will start from September as the movie enters production in December 2026. Vicky will reportedly gain more than 25 kgs to play the role of Parashurama. Compared to his transformation from 80 to 105 kg in Chhaava, Mahavatar will feature him in a larger form, considering the requirements of the character.

Vicky Kaushal’s training will involve training, nutrition, and recovery. A programme to ensure that the actor gets the required look has been prepared by nutritionist Alkesh Sharotri. Vicky will have to do a lot of exercises, including squats, pull-ups, and more.

Vicky’s calorie intake is expected to increase by 250 to 500. He also has to consume food items that have a lot of protein. Vicky has to sleep for eight hours to support muscle repair, along with 48 hours of rest for better recovery and physical development.

After the latest report started going viral, the excitement witnessed a different turn among the audience. People are excited to see Vicky playing the role of Lord Parashurama. Social media users stated that this is going to be a different experience compared to what they saw in Chhaava.
