This year is a year of science fiction. Hollywood is trying too hard, it seems to make the audience fall head over heels with Science fiction.
With the great success of “Dune Part Two”, Hollywood took a pledge that they ain’t leaving any science fiction. “Project Hail Mary” is now getting an adaptation.
With “3 Body Problem” turned into a series the sci fi fans were ecstatic about how the Game Of Thrones creators are gonna portray space bending science fiction.
Well, that didn’t result very well for the audience and the creators as the audience found 3 bodies a bit too complicated.
Therefore the common mass understood the problem. Science fiction adaptations have to be in such a way which will be gullible to the common audience.
Now, we are back with Project Hail Mary, a 2021 science fiction novel by Andy Weir.
The novel revolves around a school teacher turned astronaut Ryland Grace.
Who wakes up from a coma, alongside amnesia. He gradually remembers that he was sent to the Tau Ceti solar system, which is 12 light years from Earth, to find a means of reversing a solar dimming event that could cause the extinction of humanity.
Now Ryan Gosling is here to serve us. In Blade Runner 2049 we have seen Gosling performing masterfully and that too is science fiction, so we can have full faith in our Ken as he has shown us much of his Kennergy.
And now alongside Gosling , The Anatomy of a Fall, actress Sandra Hüller joined the spaceship.
Project Hail Mary will be filmed for IMAX and released wide in theaters on March 20, 2026.
