Bold is trending in the Telugu cinema now. Makers wanting to use that trend and make benefit out of them are trying to be very careful in bringing movies like Hebba Patel’s 24 Kisses because the line between bold and vulgarity would what differentiate the film from B-grade movies.

Well, maybe the Telugu audience have come up to the level of accepting to watch bold content on screens, but to this level? 24 Kisses seem to be going too much on the audience for the makers look like solely depending on the kisses to get the film to the shore. The pre-release event and the promotional style are proving this.
Releasing the making video of the kissing scenes and showing the same kissing stills, again and again, making people talk about the kisses, at some point, it seemed embarrassing to the people who were at the event and made discuss the kisses displayed on the screen. A film can make bold content and people may watch it, but if only the bold content is making the film, then it is definitely not a good game. ’24 Kisses’ is slated to release on 23 November.
