A Simbu film usually creates enough curiosity, but the latest buzz around his next project has added another name to the discussion. Nayanthara is reportedly being considered as the female lead in his upcoming film with Dude director Keerthiswaran. If this combination materialises, the two actors will be sharing screen space again after nearly a decade.
Simbu and Nayanthara were last seen together in Idhu Namma Aalu in 2016. Now, the possibility of seeing them together again has caught the attention of Kollywood circles. Simbu is reportedly playing a cop in the film, which is expected to be a commercial entertainer.
For Keerthiswaran, this would be his second film after Dude. Getting Simbu on board is already a major step, and Nayanthara’s reported inclusion could make the project even more interesting.
Of course, there is no official confirmation about Nayanthara‘s casting yet. But this is one combination that could give the film plenty of attention even before its first look arrives.
