A Girl Can’t Say, “Let’s Elope’- Nagarjuna

A Girl Can't Say, "Let's Elope'- NagarjunaWild Dog‘ is quintessentially a different film for the Telugu movie audiences who have been in the favour of romcoms for the large besides emotional entertainers and family entertainers ruling the roost. Nag was impressive in the trailer of the movie that got the audiences curious to look forward to it.

When it comes to experimenting, two films had left him traumatised when they were released and they were Mani Ratnam’s ‘Geethanjali’ and Raghavender Rao’s ‘Annamayya’. Both of them opened to poor talk and almost negligible occupancy in the theatres.

When ‘Geethanjali’ opened o poor talk initially, many of his friends and colleagues asked him, “A girl can’t say let’s elope.” But then, after a while, the movie picked up dramatically and now, it’s one of the cult movies that Nagarjuna was the lead actor.

Even ‘Annamayya’ picked up the talk and went on to become a blockbuster miraculously after the 10th day. Reminiscing on such experiences, Nag thinks that he has moved past such kind of traumas and doesn’t need to pick up after a bad movie as he knows that’s how things happen.

‘Wild Dog’ has a real-life traumatic bomb blast as the core plat and Nagarjuna thinks that they could maintain that equilibrium while telling the story and also trying to respect all the people who were victims. That bomb blast was a real nightmare for Hyderabadis and maybe, many can see a connection, instantly.
