Pawan Kalyan is trying to strike a balance between films and politics. After announcing his retirement from films in 2018, he came back to doing films saying politics require money.
But then, Pawan Kalyan has been signing one film after the other but not giving dates to the producers. As a result, many of the producers are getting frustrated due to the extensive delays.
Elections are just sixteen months to go in Andhra Pradesh, and Pawan Kalyan allowed the announcement of two films. His other film, the remake of Vinodhaya Sitham will go on floors in mid-January.
The M9News team happened to meet one of the producers of Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming films and asked him about their project with Powerstar.
“We are told it will begin soon. Every one of us (Pawan Kalyan Producers) is thinking that our project will happen next. But no one knows nothing,” he said.
Every producer has given 50 Crore or more to Pawan Kalyan as advance and there are other expenses as well. The interest in these amounts is becoming a big burden on the producers and is adding to the film budgets.
