There is one big budget movie coming this April, scheduled to release on 14th April. That film is the eighth edition of Hollywood’s super hit series, ‘Fast and Furious’. The seventh edition raked in more than Rs. 100 crores and it’s the first ever Hollywood film to enter the 100 crore club in India. So, the eighth rightly deserves a big release as well, in business point of view.
In a win-win situation, Rajamouli’s epic drama is going to take a two week gap and avoid the big clash with ‘Fast and Furious’. With the growing market for Hollywood movies on the rise, Baahubali-2 needs to have all the theaters to give audiences the much anticipated answer. It’s for the better the two films aren’t going to divide the theaters between them.
