It has been quite a while since South Superstar Rajnikanth had entwined himslelf into many legal hassles hitting him one after the other. While many of the issues are financial hassles, one film ‘Main Hoon Rajnikanth’ case was fought by Rajnikanth who wants to refrain the makers of the movie from using his name and personality causing damage to his image.
Earlier Rajnikanth got a stay order on the release of Varsha Productions Film ‘Main Hoon Rajnikanth’. The battle between the Bollywood producers and Rajnikanth continued when Rajni didn’t seem in a mood to allow the use of his name and image. Though the producers seemed very adamant and fighting with Rajni, finally they have come to a compromise with the superstar.
When the Chief Justice of the court took up the case, the bench was informed that the two parties came to a compromise regarding the film. The Bollywood makers agreed to remove the name of Rajni from the title and also some scenes which mention Rajni and his family will be deleted. They will have only the scenes which woud have Rajni style dialogues not any reference of the superstar.
