The makers of Thalapathy Vijay’s Varisu have kickstarted the promotions of the film by unveiling the first song promo of the film, Ranjithame. The song has been composed by Thaman and Jani master choreographed the song. Vijay himself has crooned the song.
In this colorful dance number, Vijay is seen matching steps with a group of dancers. But on social media, some fans aren’t too excited about the dance steps. They are saying Jani Master’s choreography is age-old and the steps aren’t fresh.
Tollywood fans are also saying that these steps have already been done umpteen times by Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Nithiin, and others under Jani master’s choreography.
But the fact is on the big screen the song and those steps will look cool if the song has a decent placement. Though the dance steps aren’t anything new, they are not bad either. Thaman’s repetitive yet catchy tune and Vijay’s singing and dancing might make this song a hit with the audience.
Varisu will also release in Telugu as Varasudu and will clash with Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya and Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy on Sankranthi 2023. Thala Ajith’s Thunivu is also targeting the same release date.
