Murugadoss’s hit film, Kaththi dealt with the way corporate companies are dominating the farmers and have been taking away all their lands to establish their huge companies.

Even recently during the Jallikattu event there were several statements making the rounds to ban all foreign things and only use Indian stuff. One among among was of not drinking coke or Pepsi.
Even though many did not follow it looks like director Murugadoss has taken upon it himself. In his recent twitter statement, he clearly mentioned that he has stopped drinking coke or pepsi right from the time he started working on Kaththi.
One more interesting which he reveals in his tweet is that these coke and pepsi are also banned on the sets of his film with Mahesh Babu. This is quite curious as Mahesh has been an ardent supporter of Thumbs Up and even endorses it.
Wonder what he has to say about all these things now after seeing his director’s tweets.
