There are many directors today in film industries across the nation who are known to survive by creating controversies around there pictures. But even among those folks one name stands out and that is of director Madhur Bhandarkar.

With each new film of his he has tasted new kind of controversy. The director too knowing his strengths picks subjects in such way that there would be ample scope for them. From prostitution to begging mafia, from fashion and corporate world to jails, he has not left anything untouched. May be that is why he took a long break to find new world to evoke similar response.
This time the director is coming with the film Calendar Girls which focuses on models in different way. There was talk at the beginning of the film that there would be nude scenes in the film keeping in mind the subject. But it is now heard that the director has decided to drop such scenes and just stick to the subject. Is Bhandarkar playing safe or does the actual content is enough to generate the controversy?
