Vishnu Vardhan, the director of Panjaa and the upcoming film Nesippaya (which will be released in Telugu as Premistaava), recently shared a funny anecdote about his school days with superstar Mahesh Babu.

During a promotional interview for Nesippaya ahead of its release on January 31, Vishnu Vardhan revealed that he and Mahesh Babu were classmates in school, a fact not known to many.

Vishnu explained that both he and Mahesh Babu were classmates when they were younger and spent a significant part of their childhood in Chennai.

He further shared a funny story from their school days, recalling how fake question papers were being sold.

Vishnu and Mahesh, eager to pass, decided to buy them. They rode a bike to get the papers, but the papers turned out to be fake.

Vishnu humorously admitted that this led to him failing the exam, while Mahesh managed to pass despite the situation.

Vishnu jokingly added, “Mahesh sir, forgive me for revealing this!”
