Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja and Gopichand Malineni are superhit combination having delivered films like Don Seenu, Balupu, and Krack. Their fourth combination film, #RT4GM was announced for Mythri Movie Makers.
The Regular Shooting of the film was supposed to begin tomorrow in Hyderabad but the makers have decided to put the film on hold.
The Non-theatrical and Hindi markets are undergoing a major correction. Several films are going unsold and even the already signed films are being renegotiated.
As a result, the budget of the film and the current market conditions are not in sync. So, Mythri Movie Makers decided to put the film on hold.
Gopichand Malineni previously worked with Mythri in Veera Simha Reddy. Incidentally, Gopichand is in Mythri Naveen‘s Destination Birthday Party in Dubai yesterday.
We will have to see if this hold is temporary.
Meanwhile, there are reports that many films are likely to take the same route in days to come until the Digital and Hindi markets get better.
