Dasari Narayana Rao who has been involved in coal scam during his tenure as minister has been leveled with fresh charges by CBI today. Along with Dasari former Haryana Chief Minister Modhu Koda too has been charged.

He is part of the 14 members on whom the charges involving illegal allocation of coal mines have been leveled. The bigger target this time is Naveen Jindal of Jindal Steels and Jindal Realty Pvt. Ltd. He along with five other companies that are tied with him, have all come under scanner by CBI.
A special court will conduct the trail on Thursday based on the allegations and charges made by the CBI. We have to see what the accused have to say in their defense as CBI tightens there noose around them.
