The opening day numbers of Ram Charan starrer Govindudu Andari Vadele have come and unfortunately the film has failed to make it to the top 5 of all time. Even among the big releases this year GAV stands at number four. Overall the day 1 collections of the film according to the trade are around 8.60 Cr.
This is the second biggest opening ever if one looks among the film starring Ram Charan. Yevadu which released earlier in the year for Sankranthi is ahead of GAV by a slight margin. Also when we look at entire career of Ram Charan only two films Magadheera and Racha have been able to create Day 1 records. The trade has cited genre as a reason for the low opening numbers of the film. The talk of the film is mixed but with holidays ahead it is expected to put up good numbers in the end.
