Rajamouli is going to beat his colleague Gunasekhar in making huge sets. Everyone is stunned with the huge sets being created in Ramoji Film City for the prestigious Bahubali movie in which Prabhas is doing the lead role along with Anushka. The film is going to be the highest budget movie in Telugu industry. Around 150 crore is invested on the movie and it will be released in other languages including Hindi. So there is no need worry about returns. That is why Rajamouli is not compromising on the movie and allowed big sets to shoot the historic movie. Rajamahal set was also there in Maghadheera but graphics dominated the movie. Now Rajamouli wants to give importance for originality.
So far, Gunasekhar is known for big sets for his movies like Chudalani vundi and Arjun. In Chudalani vudni movie, a big set was created for the Kolkata atmosphere. Brahamandam acted as a owner of the bunglow and everyone thought that the shooting was done in Kolkata itself as far as indoor shooting was concerned. Madhura meenakshi temple set for Mahesh Babu’s Arjun movie has crated a sensation in 2004. The trend was followed in Allu Arjun’s Varudu movie also. One can find huge sets here after if some more directors follow Rajamouli and Gunasekhar.
