Maverick filmmaker Shankar was once one of the most celebrated filmmakers in Indian cinema. He is regarded as the most progressive filmmaker in the 90s and 2000s. But things have gone south for him of late.

Incidentally, with Indian 2, Shankar has started to come more under the pump with the film inviting endless criticism after its OTT debut recently.
In one such viral troll on Shankar’s work for Indian 2, a small yet noticeable flaw has started to trend on social media.

In the video clipping from Indian 2, there is a blatant continuity error regarding one particular scene. The color of the clothes of the actors are changed in the same shot, highlighting a blatant continuity error.
While such errors might look small and insignificant, they sure are a blackmark on a director like Shankar.

At a time when the likes of Rajamouli are step freezing shots to scrutinize the high intense dance moves of NTR and Ram Charan in Naatu Naatu, Shankar leaving such continuity errors in the final copy are beyond crazy.
There was once a time when Shankar used to be very particular about his craft which made him what he is today. But this kind of grit and determination is lacking now as he is leaving even basic continuity errors in his final copies.
