Tamil actor Jiiva, son of southern producer R.B Chowdhry, is set to make his Telugu debut with a film to be directed by ex-assistant of Telugu director Karunakaran. Nazriya Nizam, who made her debut with Neram will play Jiiva’s love interest in the film.

The film will be simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu, and it is expected to go on floors soon. It is believed the story of this film will be along the lines of Telugu films SMS. Even though Jiiva’s mother tongue is Telugu, he has never looked at making a career in the industry.
It would be interesting to see what does Jiiva have in store. His last two Tamil films miserably failed at the box-office, and therefore, he has pinned all hopes on this one.
