Superstar Rajinikanth and Universal Hero Kamal Haasan have been planning to work together in Kamal’s production for a long time. Kamal has been asking Rajni to act for his RKFI from decades and the movie started with Pooja Ceremony today. Ashwath Marimuthu is directing the film and it is titled as Dharman. The movie shoot will commence from tomorrow and Simran is playing leading lady.
Rajnikanth will be seen as a powerful doctor with swag. The title look poster showcases him as a surgeon with scalpels in hands while gloves are filled with blood. Rajni is going to be “A name that stands for justice. A force that commands respect.” His swag in this new look is Ultimate. His swag in a doctor role has been trending all over social media.
Speaking at the event, Ashwath Marimuthu stated that he loves Rajni’s Padayappa/ Narasimha and Kamal’s Raghavan/Vettiyadu Velayadu. He remarked that Rajni offered to be an associate director for him as far as this film is concerned and bouncing off ideas with him is a great blessing. He promised that the film will be a success and they are working towards it.
Kamal Haasan remarked that Rajni took everything into his hands as he felt more responsible for him. He stated that as a producer he should run around but Rajni and Mahendran have made it easy for him. He stated that the film’s script has come out great and with both of them at the helm he can just sit back and relax.
Superstar Rajinikanth stated that Kamal Haasan has been the first man to encourage and enjoy his “swag”. He stated that Kamal convinced many directors to take him in the film and then let him do things in his style which became his identity today. Kamal has been asking him from years to do a film for RKFI, now it is happening and he stated that they all will work with a passion to deliver massive success. He requested Kamal to involve and give his inputs to make it always better.
