Krish is one director who always makes some hard hitting films. But this time around, his new film Gautamiputra Satakarni is something different as it is a period film and is made with a huge budget.
The film was made in a record time and promotions of the film are on in full swing. The audio release of the film happened a short while ago and everyone in the team made some emotional speeches.

But the one thing which drew a lot of applause was the speech of director Krish. Speaking at the event, the director said that he made the film with a lot of anger as the history books and our ancestors have completely forgotten about this majestic emperor who was the first king of Telugu dynasty.
He also said that he took it upon himself and decided that he will go all out and make this film which every Telugu speaking guy can be extremely proud of. Krish also hailed Balakrishna that he is the only one hero in Tollywood who can carry off this role.
One of the more interesting things which Krish said was about his wife that just ten days after his wedding, he left her and went away to the shoot and this sacrifice of her, will surely be fruitful in the form of south India’s biggest hit period film till date.
