Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Bholaa Shankar pre-release event was conducted at a grand event on Sunday night. As expected, Chiranjeevi’s speech turned out to be the highlight of the event.
Chiranjeevi said, ‘Mother’s love and the love of fans never get old or boring. I am lucky to have the love of fans. No matter what I do, I will make sure that my fans are proud. I have changed my personality and behavior for my fans.”
Chiranjeevi defended his decision to act in remakes. He said, “I accepted Bholaa Shankar because I liked the subject. I did it with the courage of knowing that it would be liked. Some people are negative these days about doing remakes. They are asking, Why am I doing remakes? I don’t think there’s anything wrong with wanting to show a good story to the audience, despite it being a remake. Maybe because all language films are available on OTT, people have developed a conception of remakes. I clarified with my director, and he confirmed that the original Vedalam movie is not available on any platform.”
Chiru praised Meher Ramesh and said that despite coming from our family, he made it with his own hard work and without our recommendations. Chiranjeevi reminded everyone about what Pawan Kalyan said at the Bro movie event: that the industry is not the property of anyone. It belongs to all those who have talent. He said, “This industry brings everyone together. It is like Pushpaka Vimana. It is like Akshay Patra. All talented people are welcome.”
Chiranjeevi went a bit naughty when speaking about Keerthy Suresh. He said that he strictly told her that he was her brother only in the movie. He doesn’t want to be called ‘annayya’ by someone as beautiful as Keerthy. Many people already call him Annayya.
Chiranjeevi thanked all the cast and crew members of the film and promised his fans that Bholaa Shankar would be a big hit that his fans would be proud of.
