Ram Charan and Tamil director Shankar’s film ‘Game Changer’ was formally launched with a muhurat shot on 8 September 2021, and since then, the film has been experiencing record delays. Many feel that by the time it releases, it may set the record for the highest-ever delayed Telugu star release.
Director Buchi Babu Sana, known for ‘Uppena,’ waited on Jr NTR for quite a long time, and finally, the project was signed by Ram Charan.
With all the delays happening with Shankar’s ‘Game Changer,’ a section of fans is hyping the relatively new director Buchi Babu.
Another section of mega fans calls him an overrated director, arguing that ‘Uppena’ succeeded due to DSP’s chartbuster album and the film’s twist, but they argue that Buchi Babu delivered an average film with a dead weak climax.
Whatever these arguments may be, one thing is for sure: all the struggles ‘Game Changer’ is going through are increasing pressure on the relatively new and one film director Buchi Babu to deliver a massive blockbuster akin to ‘Rangasthalam,’ given that his film is set in a rustic backdrop.
Only the future will tell if he will meet all this unreasonable hype and the burden falling on his shoulders.
