Netflix has officially opened its new office in Hyderabad, joining a growing list of global companies expanding operations in the city. The streaming giant’s arrival strengthens Hyderabad’s position as one of India’s fastest-growing business hubs.
The office spans 41,000 square feet inside Capital ITPH Block A in Hi-tec City. Interestingly, Warner Bros Discovery also operates from the same building, marking it as a key business address for global entertainment and technology companies.
2025 is shaping up to be a big year for Hyderabad. Several international companies are moving their operations here, attracted by lower costs, strong infrastructure, and a large talent pool. The city continues to draw firms shifting from East Europe due to cost and workforce challenges.
Apart from Netflix, several other companies have chosen Hyderabad for their operations, including Eli Lilly, Vanguard, T-Mobile, McDonald’s, Johnson & Johnson, Costco, P&G, Heineken, Marriott, American Airlines, National Insurance, Dai-Ichi, Truist, HCA, Western Union, Goodyear, PNC Financial, Hartford, and ArcelorMittal.
Most of these are Global Capability Centres (GCCs). With this influx of top multinational firms, Hyderabad has firmly established itself as India’s leading hub for the services sector and corporate expansion.
