According to the reports, Nani’s Dasara, which was released on 30th March, has crossed 100 crores gross worldwide. To celebrate this achievement, the team of Dasara organized a public success meet in Karimnagar.
During the event, Nani revealed that director Srikanth Odela hails from Godavarikani, and he wanted the success meet in Karimnagar.
Nani also said, “Many people discouraged me to not follow my heart but go by the box office. These days people on social media, media wants a movie to fail even before its release. Oka kottha cinema release avvabothuntey, idi aadithey baagundu anukone vaari kanna, idi aadadu chusko aney valley ekkuvaipoyaru.”
Despite the negativity, Nani said he didn’t budge. He believed in his director and his team. He asked people to believe in themselves and put in 100% effort, and shut the mouths of all those who think negatively. He also thanked audiences for proving his belief was right by making Dasara a memorable film for the actor.
