The magnum opus Sahoo starring Rebel Star Prabhas has picked a date to arrive. It will release worldwide on August 15 for Independence Day weekend.

The announcement of the release date is the first official confirmation from the makers. So far, there has been only speculation regarding the arrival, but here we have it. Recently there was also buzz that Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Sye Raa too is looking for the same slot. But now team Sahoo’s confirmation puts an end to that issue.
