Another week and another milestone reached by the movie PK starring Aamir Khan. The film after grossing 200 Cr from overseas alone has now reached another landmark number. It has opened the new 700 Cr club in overseas.

All this new records are achieved due to the recent release in China and PK’s phenomenal run there. The China territory has now become the highest grossing territory for a Bollywood film outside India. Previously this position used to be enjoyed by US. Coming exclusively to China, PK is also all set to become the highest grossing non-Chinese and non-English movie ever in the territory.
The reason for this sustained and superb performance by PK is China is attributed to its comedy. The local Chinese films seem to be lacking on this front and that is where PK has struck a chord with the audience.
