Explaining her experience in her own words, Raai Laxmi said that casting couch only one of the many issues that newcomers face in the film industry. Freshers are misused, ill-treated and do not get the respect which they must be given for being a female.
Raai Laxmi went on to clarify though she didn’t directly experience the casting couch, she knew the obstacles and treatment meted out for being a fresher. The actress was asked to respond on Sri Reddy’s allegations. But, her response was in general about misbehavior towards women, in particular.
