The picture of South Indian Superstar Rajinikanth hugging the BJP candidate Gangai Amaran has gone viral on the internet with speculations that Rajinikanth is in support to Gangai Amaran for the by-poll elections of RK Nagar.

But Rajini himself came up and responded on the speculations via twitter. Rajini has always been neutral when it comes to politics and the tweet clarifies that Rajini is not supporting Gangai Amaran or any other. In fact, he said that his support is for no one in the coming elections.
The post of Venkat Prabhu with Rajinikanth and Gangai Amaran stating that Rajini wished Amaran a big victory raised many eyebrows leading to the talks that BJP has got the support of Rajini and the party is trying to use the popularity of the star to get the by-poll elections.
However, the tweet of Rajinikanth had cleared all the doubts and put a full stop on the debate of his support for the RK Nagar elections.
