Ram Charan is one of the hard-working star in Telugu cinema as he goes to any extent to deliver the very best physical attributes for his films. This happened most recently in the case of Peddi.
But the problem has been with the fact that the director that Ram Charan had been working with, have not been fully utilising his potential or making the most of his hard work.
Except for RRR and Rangasthalam, most of Charan’s efforts in the last decade got wasted due to mediocre direction capabilities of his directors.
It has become a constant practice for Charan to build the best possible physical attribute, and come up with winning performances in his films, only for the Director to put up mediocre stuff. This is happening again and again far too many times.
So it is perhaps a natural course of action that Charan needs a star director like Sukumar at this point in time, who would certainly know what is to be done with his film.
The last time the two of them worked together, they delivered blockbuster Rangasthalam. Considering the ability of Sukumar to carefully engineer commercial films, he’s the one Charan needs at this point to make a rounded commercial film that truly utilises his efforts.
At this point, we can perhaps say Charan badly deserves a project with Sukumar more than anything else. Collaboration with Rajamouli is also on the horizon but it has a lot of ifs and buts associated with it.
