There is a process with respect to release that the Telugu movie producers follow. It is something which has yielded them good results as the film makes enough splash before the release of the film. But the upcoming film of hero Venkatesh, Drishyam, seems to be defying all these existing trends.
Today the makers of the film have announced the release date of the film officially. Drishyam will release on July 11 worldwide according to them. But the biggest surprise was that no release date for the audio was announced. Even as things stands today just ten more days are left for the release of the film and with no audio release, the buzz on the film is at an all-time low. This strategy by the makers in spite of having the film completed long ago has left many fans of the star baffled. All they are now hoping is to let the movies content do the talking.
Remember Manam which released late in summer too didn’t have any audio launch but it went on to become a big winner at the box office due to its content. Will Venkatesh follow the suit with Drishyam?
