Salman Khan’s Bollywood espionage thriller ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ opened to very positive talk and the movie has collected a record-breaking amount amongst the straight Hindi movies released in 2017. Till date, ‘Golmaal Again’ was the highest grosser raking Rs. 30.14 crore on an opening day.

However, ‘Baahubali 2’ has collected Rs. 41 crores on an opening day. So, it’s obvious that ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ wasn’t able to break Prabhas’ record regarding the opening day collections. Prabhas-Rajamouli movie is a non-Bollywood movie and hence, it’s not a straight Hindi movie.
If we leave ‘Baahubali 2’ aside, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ has the ability to enter the coveted 300 crore club which had been a cakewalk for ‘Baahubali 2’. The epic drama effortlessly made the debut into the 400 and 500 crore clubs. Trade isn’t expecting Salman’s movie to break those records but definitely cross the 300 crore club.
