Suriya is having a strong 2026 so far. The actor has already delivered two back-to-back hits and is now looking to make it three with his upcoming film ‘Scene’.
Directed by Jeethu Madhavan, ‘Scene’ is scheduled for a November 6 release and is targeting the Diwali season. Suriya and Jyotika are producing the film.
The release date also puts ‘Scene’ in a tough spot as it will face competition from ‘Ramayana’. The Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash starrer is one of the biggest films lined up for the festive season and is expected to draw audiences across the country.
That makes the box office battle interesting for Suriya. After two successful films this year, ‘Scene’ has the chance to take his 2026 run to the next level.
A hat-trick is now on the cards, but with ‘Ramayana’ arriving around the same time, Suriya has a big Diwali test ahead.
