For Telugu audiences, Surya’s ‘Ghajini’ is more of an impact than his potboilers, the ‘Singham’ series. Of course one can never forget him as a zealous politician in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Yuva’. Of late, Surya who has got immense following among the class audiences is trying his hands more on mass films like his last one ‘Sikander’ (Anjaan).
Coming to the latest poster of his upcoming film ‘Masss’, Surya was looking stunningly handsome and very colourful, totally away from himself we have always known him to be. Inspite of scoring a box-office dud like ‘Anjaan’, an out and out mass entertainer, Surya seems to be coming up with another mass entertainer to woo the audiences.
Though he burned his hands with a mass film very recently, Surya seems to be running after mass image to stand up before other mass stars in Tamil Film Industry like Vijay and Ajith. However he seems to be hurting his fortunes by not trying new concepts and choosing futile attempts at making a mass image for himself.
