The offer by T-Mobile which allows the user to buy the ticket as 2 dollars is gaining huge buzz among Telugu moviegoers in the US. This was first noticed in a big way with the film Khaidi No 150 that marked Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback.

Since then everyone is keenly looking at the Tuesday collections of Telugu movies in the US. There has been a slight bump every week. A better example of this can be seen with movies this week. A film like Om Namo Venkatesa registered twice the collections on Tuesday than it did on last Friday.
Even Nani’s Nenu Local saw a big spike in collections. Will this mean makers won’t mind releasing mid-week on Tuesday if it coincides with a holiday in the Telugu states? It will also be interesting to see how long this offer continues?
