Ganapati laddu auctions in Hyderabad‘s gated communities are once again attracting attention, with several societies reporting impressive bidding amounts.
My Home Mangala has reportedly fetched Rs 21 lakhs, while Pragatinagar recorded Rs 13.66 lakhs and Kukatpalli Rs 10.05 lakhs. My Home Avatar, Vihanga, Meenakshi Skylounge, Aparna Towers and Rajapushpa Eterna have also seen bids ranging from Rs 1.6 lakhs to Rs 8.2 lakhs.
However, the biggest auctions are yet to come. The September 23 auctions are expected to bring more attention, especially after the record amounts reported last year. In 2025, the Keerthi Richmond Villas laddu fetched Rs 2.32 crores, while My Home Bhooja‘s laddu was auctioned for Rs 51 lakhs.
With such massive figures already setting the benchmark, all eyes are now on this year’s auctions. Will any community cross last year’s records? The real hybrid is still to come!
