Prasthanam Hindi remake as expected didn’t fare well at the theaters. This is known, but to the surprise, the film did not even have a single notable review and people didn’t even realize the film is actually out about a week ago. The film got nothing in Telugu and has become outdated now to be a remake. Now you see the result.
Despite having the star cast like Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff with Manisha Koirala playing a vital role in the Hindi Prasthanam, the film couldn’t garner even a little buzz in the audience.
Actually, nobody even knows that it got released. How would they? No notable website wrote about it nor was there a proper review online.
Picking up the outdated story and having no buzz before release lead to this disaster is what they think. No proper promotion too. If they didn’t care about the project so much, why did they make it in the first place? Who is to blame? Sharwanand made the film in Telugu and the result was not much different but at least it had some recognition.
