Haranatha Rao, one of the renowned writers of the Telugu film Industry who made great hit films like Swayam Krushi, Pratighatana e.t.c has passed away this morning at Rims Hospital in Ongole.

Haranatha Rao has been the writer of about 150 films and has received various awards for his work in the Telugu film industry. He was also an actor and the filmmaker. The writer was ill since the recent past and has taken his last breath on Monday due to cardiac arrest. May the legend’s soul rest in peace.
The industry has seen another death on the same day. Supporting actor Mallika, who has been named as one of the good actors for the supporting roles has died in the Monday morning due to ill health. She has also acted on small screens and has hosted a couple of TV shows too. Many from the film industry have conveyed their condolences to them. May their souls rest in peace.
